BREAKING: Association Of Resident Doctors, UCTH Leadership Meets with Cross River State Health Commissioner

 

 

In a significant development, the leadership of the Association of Resident Doctors, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (ARD-UCTH), paid a courtesy visit to the Cross River State Health Commissioner. The meeting focused on key issues surrounding the proposed ARD-UCTH Secretariat and potential partnerships with the ministry.

The Commissioner emphasized the vital role of resident doctors in healthcare and pledged to attend the groundbreaking ceremony of the ARD-UCTH building project, underscoring the value placed on resident doctors in the state.

Led by *Dr. Edim Egor,* the ARD-UCTH leadership remains steadfast in its mission to promote members’ welfare. The association has pledged to establish an ultramodern ARD-UCTH Secretariat without imposing additional burdens on members. To achieve this, the leadership is engaging key stakeholders in the state to garner support.
