Supreme Court dismisses suit by Arc. Tonye Cole (APC) challenging the victory of Rivers State Governor Sim Fubara (PDP).
The Apex court has in a unanimous decision thrown out the APC candidate’s appeal for Lack of merit.
Sim Fubara’s victory as the duly elected governor of Rivers state has now been sealed.
