Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Okezie Kalu has felicitated the immediate past governor of Abia State, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu on his 60th birthday.
Kalu who represents Bende Federal Constituency of the State in the National Assembly said that as a former governor, Ikpeazu made significant contributions to the development of the State.
The Deputy Speaker noted that as a respected leader, Ikpeazu demonstrated vision and compassion that guided the state through challenges and triumphs.
He added that Ikpeazu’s tireless efforts left an indelible mark which is shaping the course of history.
Wishing Ikpeazu well as he celebrates this milestone in age, the Deputy Speaker also prayed for more strength, long life and good health.
