The CEO of Don Alex Foundation, Chief Don Alex Ajor, has sponsored the training of ten (10) Bekwarra youths on different skills.
Chief Alex who was represented by Sani Mohamed Isa during the formal registration of the beneficiaries, noted that, he decided to embark on the program in view of the prevailing unemployment situation in the country with its attendant increase in crime rate.
He said, the idea is basically to assist indigent community members and indirectly take children away from the streets, discourage drug addiction and make the society a better place to live.
The beneficiaries who were selected from the ten (10) wards of Bekwarra will also be supported with equipment and cash upon completion of their respective programs.
