The National assembly election Petition tribunal sitting in calabar, has sacked and ordered INEC to retrieve certificate of return from APC house of representatives member representing Akamkpa/Biase federal constituency, Dr. Emil Lemke Inyang. And conduct a fresh rerun election in affected polling units.
Inyang was dragged to court by Austine Aidam of the People’s Democratic Party after the February 25 national Assembly election.
