Justice Omotosho of Federal High Court 9, had granted detained Super Cop, Abba Kyari bail.
The judge Ruled that, for the Fact that DCP Abba Kyari and his team refused to escape when Kuje Prison was attacked and taken over by Terrorist on 5/7/2022 where about 90 percent of the inmates escaped freely, has proven that Abba Kyari is ready to face any allegations against him which are all Bailable and he is not a Flight risk hence Justice Omotosho of Federal high court 9 Granted him bail in this Case.
Meanwhile, Bail application for the second case filled against kyari and his team by NDLEA, which is handled by Justice Emeka Nwite is still pending.
