The Cross River State governor, Sen. Prince Bassey Otu, has released the first set of appointments for his government.
In a Press release signed by Dr Innocent Eteng, the Permanent Secretary, General Administration, office of the secretary to the state government, announced the following appointments;
Prof. Anthony Owan Enoh- Secretary to the state government.
Hon. Emmanuel Ironbar- Chief of Staff
Major Gen. Okoi Ubi Obono(Rtd)- Snr. Special Adviser security(State Security adviser)
AIG John Abang- Special adviser Security(Central)
Mr Achu Ben Olayi- Special Adviser Security(North)
Commander Patrick Odiong- Special Adviser Security(South)
Mr Emmanuel Ipuole Ogbeche- Chief Press Security
Mr Sylvester Otu Abang- Acting Chief of Protocol.
According to the release, the appointments is with immediate effect.
