The Senator Representing Cross River North Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe has begun the rehabilitation of Ndok Junction – Abakpa road, in Ogoja Local Government Area of Cross River State, to aid ease of movement.
The project which is currently ongoing and sponsored by Senator Jarigbe is in fulfillment of his promise to improve on the infrastructure of Cross River North Senatorial District in a bid to further increase economic activities and easy access in the region.
It is worthy of note that, the Ndok Junction-Abakpa road which also serves as the entrance route to the Urban town of Ogoja and other Local Government Areas in the Senatorial District, has been abandoned for over ten (10) years and left in a very deplorable state, leading to suffering, loss of lives and untold hardship by the communities serviced by the road.
The re-elected Senator has restated his desire to continue his infrastructural overhaul as well as human capital development, in the five (5) Local Government Areas of the Senatorial District.
