The Election Petition Tribunal for the 2023 Cross River State Governorship Election is set to be inaugurated today, Tuesday.
The event is scheduled to take place at the High Court complex, Moore Road, Calabar at 9:00am.
Sen. Prof. Sandy Ojang Onor of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) had approached the Tribunal to challenge the victory of Sen. Prince Bassey Otu of APC.
Onor had earlier obtained a court judgement to inspect the BVAS and other electoral materials used in the conduct of the March 18 Election in the state.
