Popular Boki born philanthropist, Abang Pius Besong aka AB Amani Jojo, who clocked 41 on the 15th of this Month, seized the opportunity of the occasion to expand the scope of his philanthropism by reaching out to the downtrodden.
Amani’s big day was celebrated by many netizens, Youths, politicians, businessmen and the aged across the state.
As part of the celebration, in company of his team, series of visits were made to the Correctional centre, less Privileged home and Hospitals where bills were cleared for some patients who were in dire need.
Speaking at the birthday party which held to climax the day, He stated that “the show of love by youths especially towards me is their own way of encouraging me to do more as a form of appreciation for what I’ve been doing”
“My advise is that young people especially should imbibe the habit of supporting one another so that they can be growth amongst us, i believe in the Igbo policy that when one person is growing, he extends a hand and help the other personto grow, but in Cross River State its difficult but that is the spirit i am trying to inculcate and so many are beginningto understand”
