Don Alex Foundation has doled out assorted food items to over 100 widows to assist them feed their families, as part of their activities to mark the Easter celebration.
The items which include, Rice, garri, food spices etc was presented to the leadership of the Bekwarra Widows Association by the MD, Sani Mohammed Isa who said the outreach was aimed at helping the vulnerable widows facing extreme poverty in the society.
Sani encouraged the leadership to ensure even distribution to the 10 wards of Bekwarra irrespective of their religious and social differences.
Commending the leadership and members of the Foundation, the President of the Association, Mrs. Victoria Okaba appreciated the foundation for the good work it is doing, stating that it is in recognition of the noble work which the foundation is known for.
She prayed that God should bless the CEO, Chief Don Alex Ajor and continue to give him support he deserve.
