RE: NOTIFICATION OF PEACEFUL PROTEST BY 18 POLITICAL PARTIES IN CROSS RIVER STATE

This letter serves to formally disassociate the under listed Political Parties from any peaceful protest in Cross River State. We have not authorized or sanctioned any such protest, and we are not involved in its planning or execution.

The Political Parties in Cross River State believes in peaceful and democratic processes for addressing grievances and advocating for change. We are committed to working within the legal framework and engaging in constructive dialogue with relevant authorities.

The Political Parties in Cross River State urge all members of the public to remain calm and law-abiding. We also request the security agencies to ensure the safety and security of all citizens during this period.

For the records, there are 16 active Political Parties in Cross River State there are:
Accord (A), Action Alliance (AA), Allied Peoples Movement (APM), All People Party (APP), Action Democratic Party (ADP), African Action Congress (AAC), Boot Party (BP), Labour Party (LP), Zenith Labour Party (ZLP), African Democratic Congress (ADC), Young Progressive Party (YPP), National Rescue Movement (NRM), Social Democratic Party (SP), People’s Democratic Party (PDP), and the All Progressives Congress (APC)
