The All Progressives Congress(APC), Cross River State chapter, has onbehalf of its candidate for Obudu/Obanliku/Bekwarra Federal Constituency, Hon. Legor Idagbo, has withdrawn its petition against the outcome of the result of the Federal constituency in the just concluded 2023 election.
This was made public via documents sited by Rayve.ng The party stated that it was “wholly” withdrawing from the process.
The winner of the Election, Chief Akpanke Peter, had in a post on social media, thanked his opponent for discontinuing the case.
Chief Peter Akpanke of PDP, emerged victorious in the February 25 election, defeating incumbent Rep member, Legor Idagbo of APC.
