Ogoja Community Hands over Dilapidated Bridge to Contractors for Construction

 

The Ating Itek Ukpagbada Community of Ogoja LGA have handed over a dilapidated bridge in the community to contractors through the Constituency Officer to Distinguished Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, Mr. Egar Mgbangtul for construction.

The Lawmaker representing the good people of Cross River North, today, received the site for the construction of the Ating Itek Ukpagada Community bridge. The bridge has been a major hindrance to school children and community members, restricting access to neighboring villages in carrying out their day-to-day business activities during rainy season.

The Constituency Officer, Mr. Egar Mgbantul who represented the Lawmaker, charged the entire community to give the contractors maximum support as they embark on the construction.

Elder Felix Mowong, a leader in the community prayed and appeased the gods of the land for the favor brought to them through Sen. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe and also for making life easier for farmers and school children in the community.

Evangelist Mike Nkonjok Udam who started the process by calling on the attention of the Lawmaker via Social Media, commended him for always giving listening ears to the electorates, prayed and thanked God for giving the Senatorial District a leader like Sen. Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe.
