Nigeria is having a fantastic run at the Paralympics, and I we are excited to share the updates with you.
As of today, Nigeria has secured a total of five medals details below:
-Onyinyechi Mark won Nigeria’s first Paralympic gold medal, setting new world records in the process
– Esther Ogechi Nworgu clinched a silver medal in the women’s up to 41kg category at the Paralympic Games in Paris.
– Mariam Eniola Bolaji made history by becoming the first African player to win a badminton medal at the Paralympics, securing a bronze medal in the women’s Para badminton SL3.
-Isau Ogunkunle won a bronze medal in the Men’s singles Class 4, marking Nigeria’s first singles medal in Paralympic table tennis since the Sydney 2000 Games.
