The Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) has emerged victorious in the 2 state house of Assembly elections held across the two local government areas in Northern Cross River.
PDP’s Hon. Martins Achadu of Yala II and Hon. Pius Ashakia of Obanliku state constituencies, were declared winners of the both elections after securing the highest votes.
Also, Hon. Emil Inyang of APC was declared winner of the Akamkpa/Biase Federal Constituency election, defeating Hon. Austine Aidam of PDP.
