Appeal Court upholds tribunal ruling, declares PDP’s Sen Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, DSSRS, as the winner of Cross River North Senatorial District Election.

The court also awarded a cost of N500,000 against Sen. Ayade for wasting the court’s time
