The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja yesterday sacked the Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In a judgement delivered on Tuesday, the court declared the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Sa’ad Ibrahim, as the validly elected member representing Umaisha/Ugya State Constituency in the March 18 state assembly elections.
