2024 Hajj: FCTA Advises Intending Pilgrims To Deposit 4.5m

 

The Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, MPWB, in the Nigerian Federal Capital Territory Administration, FCTA, has called on the 2024 prospective Pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the board to deposit a minimum of four million, five hundred thousand Naira (4.5) only.

In a statement signed by the Assistant Chief Information Officer of the Board, Mr Ahmad Saleh and made available to journalists in Abuja, enjoined the prospective Pilgrims to make the payment through a bank draft, payable in favour of the FCT Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Abuja.

The statement further hinted that the board has also fixed September 25th to commence the sale of forms and registration of 2024 intending Pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the Board.

It then urged prospective intending pilgrims to submit their valid international passports and NIN at the point of registration with the Area Officers at their respective Secretariats of the six Area Councils in the FCT, nearest to them.

While stressing to the prospective intending Pilgrims that the Board does not accept cash deposits and does not entertain registration by proxy, it added that the Board strictly adheres to the principles of first come, first served basis.
