The CEO of Don Alex Foundation, Chief Alex Ajor, over the weekend, received his ceremonial Chieftaincy title of “Ukpere Eni 1” ( The people’s helper) from the Bekwarra Traditional Rulers Council led by HRM Chief Linus Ogbeche Odey, Paramount Ruler of Bekwarra LGA.
The coronation took place at the Paramount Ruler’s palace following the pronouncement of the title at the 2023 Bekwarra New Yam Festival which held at St. Christopher’s Primary School, Abouchiche.
The paramount ruler noted that, the coronation was in recognition of Chief Alex’s philanthropical gestures as well as his contributions to the growth and development of Bekwarra LGA, through his Foundation.
Receiving the title, the CEO expressed gratitude to the elders and good people of Bekwarra for acknowledging his support and dedication to reduce hardship and suffering from the LGA. He called for more support in a bid to ensure that the needy and less privileged will always have a stake in a scheme of things within the LGA.
Chief Alex promised to continue giving his best, for the growth and interest of humanity at every given opportunity.
